Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the packing slip provided in your digital confirmation.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
